Iran Declares WAR?

Iranian President Ahmadinejad's letter to U.S. President Bush was a call to convert to Islam. Which is required in the muslim world before any offensive action can be taken against infidels. Thus, the letter was a precursor to war. We recieved the same kind of offer from bin Laden prior to his acts of aggression towards the U.S. and our interests abroad.
